Kadayif

Kadayif, also spelled kadaif, kadayik or kataifi, is a family of Middle Eastern pastry products, most often referring to a finely shredded pastry dough used in desserts such as knafeh and tel kadayif, though the name can also refer to the finished sweet dishes made from it.
