Funchoza, also called salat funchoza, is a dish of Koryo-saram cuisine, the cuisine of the ethnic Korean diaspora that settled in the former Soviet Union. It is a variant of the Korean dish japchae built around cellophane noodles, and its name literally means cellophane noodle salad. The dish has spread beyond its Koryo-saram origin and become especially popular in Uzbekistan, home to a large Koryo-saram population.
