Morioka jajamen is a Japanese style Chinese noodle dish that forms part of the local cuisine of Morioka, Iwate Prefecture. It is one of the three great noodle dishes of Morioka, alongside Morioka reimen and wanko soba, and it is based on the Chinese noodle dish zhajiangmian.
