Fideuà is a seafood dish originally from the coast of Valencia in Spain, similar to paella and even more so to arros a banda, but made with pasta noodles instead of rice. Its main ingredients are hollow pasta noodles, fish such as rockfish, monkfish, cuttlefish, or squid, and shellfish such as mantis shrimp, prawns, or crayfish, and it is seasoned mainly with lemon.
