Baleada

A baleada is a traditional Honduran dish believed to have originated on the country's northern coast, particularly in La Ceiba, made of a flour tortilla filled with mashed refried red beans, crema, and crumbled queso duro, a salty hard cheese; this simple version is called baleada sencilla.
