Virgin boy egg

Virgin boy eggs are a traditional dish of Dongyang in Zhejiang province, China, in which eggs are boiled in the urine of young boys, preferably under the age of ten. The eggs are soaked and boiled through repeated cycles of soaking and heating over roughly a full day, sometimes with added herbs. The finished eggs have pale golden whites and green tinged yolks.
