Székelykáposzta

Székelykáposzta, also known as cabbage stew a la Székely or Székely goulash, is a distinctive dish of Hungarian and wider Eastern European cuisine. Despite its name, it does not actually originate from the Székely people, and traditional Transylvanian cuisine does not recognize it as one of its own dishes.
