Ruwangan Tsaman

Ruwangan tsaman is a traditional Kashmiri vegetarian dish of paneer cooked in a spiced tomato based gravy, seasoned with Kashmiri chili, cardamom and black cumin. Its name combines the Kashmiri words ruwangun, meaning tomato, and tsaman, meaning paneer, and it is a staple of Kashmiri cuisine served as the vegetarian component of wazwan, the traditional multi course Kashmiri feast.
