Domoda, also known as domoda farine or domodah, is a Senegalese dish of a smooth, tomato based stew thickened with flour and prepared with vinegar and vegetables, reflecting an influence from French cuisine. It ranks alongside thieboudienne and yassa as one of the emblematic dishes of Senegalese gastronomy, is made with meat or fish, and is eaten in Senegal, Mauritania, the Gambia, Guinea-Bissau and Guinea, typically served with white rice and lemon juice.
