Jianbing is a traditional Chinese street food similar to a crepe, and one of the most popular street breakfasts in China. It is made from a wheat and grain flour batter combined with egg and sauces, spread thin on a large frying pan or hotplate, and commonly topped with youtiao, baocui, ham, pickled mustard greens, scallions, cilantro, chili sauce, or hoisin sauce before being folded and served.
