Aloo Paratha

Aloo paratha is a stuffed flatbread from the Indian subcontinent whose most common filling is potato. It is made from a wheat dough, typically whole wheat, folded and rolled with ghee into multiple layers and then shallow fried. Paratha is one of the most popular flatbreads in India, and the folded whole wheat version is especially prevalent in the northern part of the subcontinent.
