Kuai tiao

Noodle and Dumpling Dishes

Kuai tiao, also spelled kuaitiao, is a group of Thai rice noodle dishes of Chinese origin. It descends from kway teow, the Southern Chinese noodle style, and has developed several local variants across Southeast Asia.
