Kuku paka is a chicken dish cooked in a coconut-based curry, also called kuku na nazi, that shows African, Indian, and Arabic influences. Kuku means chicken in Swahili, and the dish is especially popular along the East African coast and among the Indian communities of Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
