Fermented Leaf and Dairy Dishes

Gathers the dishes made by fermenting or pickling a leaf or a dairy ingredient. Lahpet, also spelled laphet or lephet, is the Burmese name for fermented or pickled tea, which is eaten as a delicacy in Myanmar, and mishti doi is a sweet fermented yogurt dessert from the Bengal region of the Indian subcontinent, made by boiling milk until slightly thickened and sweetening it. A dish belongs here when its own cited article describes fermenting or pickling tea leaves or milk. It excludes fermented and pickled fish and vegetables, which have their own groups.
