Danish Blue, known in Denmark as Danablu, is a strong, blue-veined, semi-soft cheese from Denmark with a creamy texture. It is made from full-fat cow's milk combined with homogenized cream, giving it a fat content of twenty five to thirty percent, and is matured for eight to twelve weeks before sale. The cheese typically takes a drum or block shape with a yellowish, slightly moist, edible rind.

Carries Allergen
Entity-backed identity for the allergen value this ingredient already carries as an enum fact, resolved to a ingredient entity by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The enum fact itself stays on the entity unchanged.
