Farfalle is a type of pasta whose name comes from the Italian word for butterflies, a reference to its bow-tie shape. In Italy's Emilia-Romagna region it is known as strichetti, with a larger variation called farfalloni and a miniature version called farfalline, and the shape dates back to the sixteenth century in the Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna regions.

Entity-backed identity for the allergen value this ingredient already carries as an enum fact, resolved to a ingredient entity by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The enum fact itself stays on the entity unchanged.
