Mala Xiang Guo

Mala xiang guo, roughly translated as spicy stir-fry hot pot, is a Chinese dish prepared by stir-frying, strongly flavored with mala seasoning and often containing meat and vegetables with a salty, spicy taste. Customers in restaurants usually choose the ingredients themselves before the chef stir-fries them and adds seasoning.
