Mie kocok is an Indonesian beef noodle soup that is a specialty of Bandung City in West Java. It consists of noodles served in a rich beef consomme soup with kikil, bean sprouts and bakso and kaffir lime juice, sprinkled with sliced fresh celery, scallion and fried shallot, and some recipes add beef tripe.
