Bubur ketan hitam

Bubur ketan hitam, also called bubur pulut hitam or bubur injun, is an Indonesian sweet dessert of black glutinous rice porridge cooked with coconut milk and palm or cane sugar. The black glutinous rice is boiled until soft before sugar and coconut milk are added, and the dish is eaten as a dessert, snack or breakfast. It is often described as a black glutinous rice pudding and shares similarities with the Chinese black rice tong sui.
