Nasi campur, also known as nasi rames or sega campur in Java, is an Indonesian and Malay dish consisting of a scoop of plain steamed rice (nasi putih) accompanied by small portions of several other dishes, including meats, vegetables, peanuts, eggs, and fried shrimp crackers (krupuk).
