Taquito

A taquito, also called a rolled taco or taco dorado, is a Mexican dish of small rolled corn tortillas filled with ingredients such as beef, cheese or chicken and then shallow or deep fried until crisp, often served topped with sour cream and guacamole. A larger version made with flour tortillas is known as a flauta.
