Gulgula

Gulgula is a traditional fried sweet made in different regions of India, popular in marketplaces and traditionally prepared on specific festive occasions in rural areas. It is common in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Odisha, Haryana and Rajasthan, and is also made by overseas Indian communities in Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname, Jamaica, Mauritius, the United States, South Africa and Fiji.
