Cemita

The cemita is a sandwich originally from Puebla, Mexico, also known as cemita poblana. The word names both the finished sandwich and the bread roll it is served on, a roll covered in sesame seeds. Its ingredients are traditionally restricted to sliced avocado, meat, Oaxaca cheese, the herb papalo, and chipotle adobado or jalapeno.
