Bruschetta

Bruschetta is an Italian appetizer, or antipasto, consisting of grilled bread topped with garlic, olive oil, and salt, most commonly served with toppings of tomatoes, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese. In Italy, bruschetta is often prepared using a brustolina grill.
