Noodle and Dumpling Dishes

Kopytka, or kopitka, meaning little hooves, are a kind of potato dumpling in Polish, Belarusian and Lithuanian cuisines, made from potatoes, flour, cheese and fried bacon or onion. The dish takes its name from its distinctive hoof-like shape, resembling the hooves of small animals such as goats.
