Cotriade

Soups and Broths

Cotriade is a fish stew from Brittany in France, made with oily fish such as herring and mackerel along with potatoes, onions and garlic. Unlike some other French seafood stews it typically leaves out shellfish. It is traditionally served ladled over slices of toasted baguette.
