Goto, also called arroz caldo con goto, is a Filipino rice porridge cooked with beef tripe and ginger, garnished with toasted garlic, scallions, black pepper and pork cracklings (chicharon), and typically served with calamansi, soy sauce or fish sauce and a hard-boiled egg. It is a type of lugaw, the Filipino savory rice porridge family.
