Ofe Nsala, also known as white soup or nsala soup, is a delicacy that originates from eastern Nigeria. Its major ingredient is catfish, which gives the soup its distinctive taste, and it also contains small pieces of yam or cocoyam along with utazi leaves. It is similar to Afia Efere, a soup common among the Efik ethnic group.
