Sindhi biryani is a meat and rice biryani dish originating in the Sindh province of Pakistan, and is among the most widely consumed dishes in Pakistani and Sindhi cuisine. It is made with basmati rice combined with a protein such as mutton, chicken, fish or shrimp, along with potatoes, tomatoes, onions, spices and yogurt, and prunes are sometimes added.
