Minchee, also called minchi, is a Macanese dish of minced or ground meat stir-fried with vegetables and seasoning, widely considered Macau's national dish. It is an example of Macanese fusion cuisine, which blends Cantonese, Portuguese, South American, Malay, African and Indian influences. The dish is typically made with beef or pork, onions and cubed potatoes, sometimes with mushrooms, flavored with Worcestershire sauce, molasses and soy sauce. When topped with a fried egg it is called minchee chow dan.
