Sarson da saag, also known as sarson ka saag or saron da saag, is a dish of mustard greens cooked with spices that originated in the Indian subcontinent and is especially associated with Punjab. It is also prepared in Jammu, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat and the Mithila region, and is popular across both Indian and Pakistani cuisine, typically served as a main course.
