Layali lubnan, Arabic for nights of Lebanon and also called qashtalia, is a Lebanese dessert served cold, made of a layer of semolina pudding scented with orange blossom water and rose water, topped with a second layer of qishta cream and finished with ground pistachios and honey or qatir syrup. It is sometimes garnished with nuts, banana slices or whipped cream.
