Tabak Maaz

Tabak maaz, also called qabargah, is a traditional Kashmiri dish of lamb ribs simmered in milk and spices and then fried. It is served during special occasions and festivals in Kashmir and forms part of wazwan, the elaborate multi course feast of Kashmiri cuisine.
