Buffalo Sauce

Condiments, Sauces and Fermented Flavorings

Buffalo sauce is an American condiment made from a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce combined with melted butter. It was created to coat deep-fried, unbreaded chicken wing sections known as Buffalo wings, which are traditionally served hot alongside celery and carrot sticks with a ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Entity-backed identity for the allergen value this ingredient already carries as an enum fact, resolved to a ingredient entity by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The enum fact itself stays on the entity unchanged.
