Naranjilla, meaning little orange and called lulo in Colombia, is the fruit of Solanum quitoense, a tropical perennial plant native to northwestern South America. Its flavor is citrus-like, sometimes described as a combination of pineapple and lime, and its green juice is drunk on its own or used in a drink called lulada.
