Yellow rice is a traditional yellow-colored rice dish found in Iranian, Middle Eastern, Moroccan, Ecuadorian, Peruvian, Caribbean, Portuguese, Filipino, Afghan, Indian, Sri Lankan, South African and Indonesian cuisines.
