Serabi, also spelled surabi or srabi, is a traditional Balinese and Javanese snack similar to a pancake, made from a rice flour batter with coconut milk or coconut cream and shredded coconut. It is usually served sweet, topped with kinca, a golden brown coconut sugar syrup, though a savory version topped with fermented oncom also exists, and different Indonesian provinces have their own regional variants.
