Baci di dama

Baci di dama, meaning lady's kisses in Italian, are a northern Italian sandwich biscuit made of two hazelnut biscuits joined by a chocolate filling that represents the kiss in the name. They are considered a standard of Italian confectionery and a common item in bakeries across Italy and in Italian diaspora communities.
