Bulz, also called urs de mamaliga, or polenta bear, is a Romanian dish made by roasting polenta and cheese together in an oven. It is often eaten with sour cream. In June 2010 the Romanian town of Covasna set a Guinness World Record for the largest bulz ever made, at 50 metres in length.
