Parmo

Parmo, also called Teesside Parmesan, is a dish that originated in Middlesbrough, England, and became a popular take-away food across the Teesside area and northern England. It consists of a breaded cutlet of chicken or pork that is fried and then topped with a white bechamel sauce and cheese, usually cheddar.
