Makhan Bada

Makhan Bada, also known as Makhan Vada, balushahi, balusaahi or badusha, is a traditional dessert originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is similar to a glazed doughnut in its ingredients but differs from one in texture and taste, and it also resembles the Rajasthani baati in size and preparation while its shape is closer to a medu vada.
