Snack Wrap

The Snack Wrap is a menu item sold at McDonald's restaurants in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. It consists of white meat chicken breast, either crispy or grilled, along with lettuce, shredded cheddar jack and Monterey Jack cheese, and a sauce such as ranch, honey mustard, or salsa roja, wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. The concept originated in Poland in 2004 and was officially launched in the United States in 2006, at first only in a crispy chicken and ranch version. McDonald's created it as a smaller, snack-sized option for drive-through customers, and the format let restaurants cook chicken in smaller batches for a fresher product.
