Seblak

Seblak is a savory and spicy dish of the Sundanese people of Indonesia, made from wet kerupuk crackers cooked with a protein source such as egg, chicken, seafood, or beef in a spicy sauce of garlic, shallot, kencur, sweet soy sauce, and chili.
