The subcategory entities that narrow a category into a smaller browsable group, such as Dry-Heat Cooking Methods under Culinary Techniques or Fermented Beverages and Beer under Drinks. A subcategory always names a real grouping carried by at least one live entity's SubLabel; it is not a free-standing topic of its own. Does not include the parent category it narrows, or an ordinary content entity such as a dish or a drink, which is a member of a subcategory rather than a subcategory itself.
