Salads, Dips, Sandwiches and Fermented Cold Dishes

Basundi is an Indian sweet found mostly in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. It is made by boiling milk over low heat until it is reduced by half and sweetened, producing a thickened, sweetened condensed-milk dish. In North India, a similar preparation is known as rabri.
