Chicken inasal

Roasted, Grilled and Fried Dishes

Chicken inasal, often called simply inasal, is a Visayan variant of the Filipino chicken dish lechon manok. It is made from chicken, usually served as breast and wing or leg and thigh portions, marinated in calamansi, black pepper, coconut vinegar and annatto and grilled over hot coals while basted with the marinade, and it is served with rice, calamansi, soy sauce, chicken oil and vinegar.
