Bubur kacang hijau

Bubur kacang hijau, abbreviated burjo, is a Southeast Asian sweet porridge made from mung beans, coconut milk, and palm sugar or cane sugar, with the beans boiled until soft before the sugar and coconut milk are added. It is commonly served as a dessert or snack in Indonesia, and also eaten for breakfast or as a late night supper, often at warungs that also sell grilled bread.
