Kemal Pasha dessert, known in Turkish as Kemalpasa tatlisi, is a Turkish dessert that originates from the district of Mustafakemalpasa in Bursa Province, Turkey, and takes its name from that district. A dough of flour, unsalted cheese, semolina, egg, water and baking powder is formed into small balls, fried, and then boiled in syrup; it can be eaten fresh or dried, with dried versions typically sold in packages of twenty-four to fifty pieces, and is traditionally served with kaymak in winter and ice cream in summer.
