White Christmas is an Australian no-bake dessert made from dried fruit such as sultanas and glace cherries, desiccated coconut, icing sugar and milk powder, along with puffed rice cereal such as Rice Bubbles, bound together with melted hydrogenated coconut oil, commonly the brand Copha. The mixture is poured into a rectangular tin, left to set, usually in the refrigerator, and then cut into squares. It is a popular Christmas food, valued partly because it is simple enough for children to make.
