Drinks

The beverages this atlas records, grouped into eight sub categories drawn from the TTB three-tier alcohol classification, the IBA cocktail groupings, and standard non-alcoholic beverage categories: Fermented Beverages and Beer, Wine and Fortified Wines, Distilled Spirits, Cocktails and Mixed Drinks, Coffee and Coffee Drinks, Tea and Tea Drinks, Dairy-Based and Fermented Milk Beverages, and Soft Drinks Juices and Non-Alcoholic Refreshments. A drink here is the finished beverage, distinct from the ingredients or techniques that produce it, each described in its own right and linked back here by relationship.
